SALAMI ALFRED
(Managing Director and CEO)
As the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Link-Spec Technologies Limited, Salami Alfred has over 15 years experience in the Network and Communications, Design and implementation of LANs, MANs and WAN network technologies. He oversees the growth and direction of the company. He is responsible for the delivery of successful growth strategy for the company. He is highly regarded in the information technology industry and has over fifteen years of business, Security and Network consulting experience in the ICT, working with various highly esteemed organizations. Prior to joining Link-SpecTech, he had previously served as the Chief Operations Officer (COO) and co-founder for IXY Solutions Limited, he was also a Senior network/ Telecommunications engineer for several organizations like; Sterling Communication Limited, Letenor Technologies Limited, NewVital Network solutions Limited where he managed over 30 others engineering professionals under the operational department. Mr. Salami has held various positions in large integration and consulting IT companies, and serves as a consultant to numerous ICT companies. He is a network veteran and a certified Cisco internetworking expert. He is also Microsoft certified professional. Mr. Salami has a postgraduate degree in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering from the prestigious Olabisi Onabanjo University, he is also a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Strategic Managers and Leaders (CISML) and a member of the British computer society. He has also attended many trainings Overseas, seminars, and expositions in a wide range of business and economic areas. He is married with children.
Oluwaseyi Aina
Lead Technical Sales & Director of Operations
Oluwaseyi Aina is a performance-driven Sales and Operations leader with significant experience accross enterprise business solutions and technologies through dynamic customer presentations, establishment of partner networks, and leadership of top performing teams, He combines business development, technical acumen, and sales strategy expertise to deliver strong business value. Been in the industry for over 20 years having professional sales and technical sales experience, successfully driving technology business growth (Hardware, software, and services) through consultative selling and a passion for helping customers achieve their business goals. He has developed deep skills in business development, Key C-level relationship management through involvement in several multi-sector sales-based consulting engagements. Also have cut across the various sectors and IT solution against its changes and trends making him an exceptional performer with relevance to the solution driven sales and operations tailored to meet each market and client expectation. Oluwaseyi Aina is presently the Lead Technical sales and Director of Operations for Link-Spec Technologies Limited.
ADESOJI ADESANYA
(GM; ADMIN)
Adesoji Adesanya is a Managing Partner and he’s responsible for providing leadership for all of Link-Spectech business units. Soji Adesanya is an accounting and finance professional with over 20 years career experience. He is a proven business leader who has worked in many sectors of the Nigerian economy. Until recently, Soji was the GM of iPartners Limited; a consultancy and technology service company. His career experience as a financial manager and operations director covers several years in the technology and insurance sectors. Soji also has several years experience in training and developing teams for success. He has been involved with developing new teams, contributing to training seminars and contributed to the growth of many companies. He is an accomplished leader who mentors his team to success. Soji’s qualifications include an MBA, a Cisco Sales Expert (CSE) certification, as well as membership of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA) and the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (CITN). He sits on the board of many companies and is currently the Director of Administration and Strategy at Links-Spec Technology Limited.
FINBARS ARUWUONYE
(GM; Operations-North)
Finbar Aruwuonye is a business Development professional with over 10 years cognate experience in developing various sales and business strategies for several organisations, non-profit firm management and enterprise development.
He was the President of Nigeria-Bulgaria chamber of commerce and industries. He has published many papers of research interest of the Nigerian entrepreneurship ecosystem.
He started his career with WESA, one of the foremost IT infrastructure companies in Nigeria as Network support Specialist, where he traversed different departments to become the head of Business Development and sales.
He currently serves as a Director on the Boards of many companies which includes RichStrides Limited, Zirafyn Pharmacies Limited. He is a management member of Nigeria Serbia chamber of commerce.
Having worked as the General Manager, Business Development and operations (Northern operations) for Link-Spec Technologies Limited for years, the company still benefits from his wealth of experience remotely, from Canada where he is based at the moment.
Finbar holds two Master’s degrees in Business Administration: Diplomacy and International Relations from the National open University of Nigeria and a Higher National Diploma from the Institute of Management and Technologies (IMT) Enugu State. He is also trained, with certifications in IT networking and Digital Media.
KEN EKEAZU
(GM; Marketing & Communication)
Ken Ezeagu is a proficient, technology enthusiast, and an ardent technology sales executive with extensive experience in sales, Strategy, Management, and Leadership. Mr. Ken has an MSC in Information Technology and an MBA from the prestigious University of Lagos. He has acquired numerous professional certifications in field of ICT and power solutions.
He is known for his knacks in proffering diverse angles on innovation and an aggressive drive for new ideas, revenue generation, and market penetration.
Ken brings to life the practical knowledge in dynamic work design to simplify the rigorous processes and procedures in the workplace, bringing about the required efficiency and productivity.
